These terms apply to the JadeiteXTR website and the readiness check on it. By using them you agree to these terms. If you buy a report, membership or advisory service, separate terms will be shown to you at the time of purchase.

What the readiness check is

The readiness check gives your business a Red, Amber or Green score based on the answers you give. It is general guidance to help you prepare. It is not financial, legal, tax or regulatory advice, and it is not a recommendation to apply for any particular loan, grant, investment or export market.

Your score depends entirely on the accuracy of your answers. A Green score does not mean a lender or buyer will accept your application, and a Red score does not mean they will refuse it. Decisions about your business remain yours. Speak to a qualified accountant, solicitor or adviser before acting on anything important.

We are not a lender or broker

JadeiteXTR does not lend money, arrange credit or recommend specific finance products. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. If you ask us to, we may introduce you to a funding-matching partner. Any agreement you make with that partner is between you and them.

Using the website

You may use the website and readiness check for your own business. You must not:

• copy, sell or republish the diagnostic questions, scoring method, templates or course content
• use the website in a way that damages it or stops others using it
• try to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or the systems behind it
• give us false information about yourself or your business

Templates and learning content

Templates, reports and course materials we provide are for use within your own business. You may adapt them for that purpose. You may not resell them, share them with other businesses or present them as your own product. They are starting points and you are responsible for checking that anything you submit to a lender, buyer or regulator is complete and accurate.

Paid services

Prices, what is included and any cancellation or refund terms will be shown before you pay. Membership renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Availability and changes

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the readiness check, at any time.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Otherwise, we are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of a funding or export opportunity, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the website, the readiness check or any free content. For paid services, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Intellectual property

The JadeiteXTR name, logo, diagnostic, scoring method, templates and all content on the website belong to us or our licensors. Using the website gives you no rights in them beyond what these terms allow.

Links to other websites

We link to other organisations' websites, including government and partner sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
